Goal Setting

Self-discovery and the work we do in therapy isn't always about achieving or "self-improvement". However, you're probably exploring counseling with some goals in mind - finding healthy ways to cope with stress, relieving tensions in relationships, or perhaps learning to live and function after the loss of a loved one.
In order to help you reach these milestones, we implement measurement-based care via the app Blueprint, which helps you track your progress between sessions, and generally increase your self-awareness.
